TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROMOTION ORGANIZED BY LINGUASERVE INTERNACIONALIZACI\u00d3N DE SERVICIOS S.A. FOR THE MADRID TECH SHOW 2025<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Linguaserve Internacionalizaci\u00f3n de Servicios S.A. (referred to as \u201cLinguaserve\u201d), with its registered office at Calle Quintana 2, 2\u00aa Planta, CP 28008 \u2013 Madrid, and Corporate Tax ID A82615972, has launched this free promotion. It will follow the terms and conditions outlined below.<\/p>

  1. The purpose of this promotion is to raffle a pair of AIRPODS (3rd gen) among all professionals attending the Madrid Tech Show between October 29th and October 30th, 2025.<\/li>
  2. The promotion is taking place in Spain and is open to legal entities attending the Madrid Tech Show. Linguaserve will advertise the contest at the event and through its social media channels.<\/li>
  3. The promotion will run from 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025, to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 30th, 2025.
    The contest will be publicized by Linguaserve at the event itself and through its social networks.
    Duration of the promotion: Wednesday, October 29th at 9:30 am to Thursday, October 30th at 7:00 pm.<\/li>

    GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE:<\/strong><\/p>

    The promotion is valid throughout Spain. Entries by companies whose head offices or headquarters are located outside of Spain will not be considered valid.<\/p>

    HOW TO ENTER:<\/strong><\/p>

    The promotion is intended for business owners and legal entities registered as attendees at the Madrid Tech Show. Linguaserve will collect the data of participating companies and professionals through the form available at https:\/\/linguaserve.com\/en\/contest-madrid-tech-show-2025\/<\/a>, provided by Linguaserve staff at the event stand to acquire new contacts. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

    PRIZE:<\/strong><\/p>

    The prize is a pair of AIRPODS (3rd gen.) to be raffled among all companies and professionals attending the Madrid Tech Show event, whose data Linguaserve has obtained through the form provided at the Linguaserve stand. This form is used to gather new contacts (leads).<\/p>

    DRAWING:<\/strong><\/p>

    A drawing will be held on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Linguaserve\u2019s head office to randomly select a winner.<\/p>

    Additionally, 3 alternates will be randomly selected for this drawing. To be officially declared a winner, Linguaserve will verify that the selected participants meet all the requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

    REQUIREMENT VERIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER<\/strong><\/p>

    After the drawing, Linguaserve will verify that the selected company or professional meets all the requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions to be declared the winner.<\/p>

    Linguaserve will notify the winner of the promotion either by phone or email, confirming their status as the winner, using the contact details provided at the time of registration.<\/p>

    The winner must respond to this call or email on the same day of the drawing to claim the prize. If there is no response, the prize will automatically be offered to the first alternate, and so on.<\/p>

    If the winning company or professional declines the prize, Linguaserve will contact the first alternate to offer the prize to them, and if they do not decline, proceed with the steps to declare them the winner.<\/p>

    Once the maximum number of alternates has been reached, if all of them have declined or do not meet the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions, Linguaserve will declare the termination of the drawing.<\/p>

    OTHER CONDITIONS:<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Linguaserve reserves the right to exclude from the promotion, and consequently from receiving prizes, any companies or professionals who, in its opinion, have participated incorrectly or have engaged in fraudulent, disruptive, or improper conduct affecting the proper functioning of the drawing. This includes those whose irregular actions are evident or suspected. If such misconduct is discovered after the prize has been awarded, Linguaserve reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against the responsible party.<\/li><\/ol>
      1. Linguaserve reserves the right to modify the conditions of this promotion at any time, including the possibility of canceling it before the established deadline, provided there is just cause. Linguaserve commits to communicating any new terms, conditions, or the definitive cancellation of the promotion.<\/li><\/ol>
        1. Linguaserve is not responsible for any participation failures due to Internet malfunctions or any other causes, such as interruptions, lag, unauthorized access, or errors in receiving information, nor for any damages that these issues may cause to the participant.<\/li><\/ol>
          1. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and Linguaserve\u2019s interpretative criteria for resolving any issues arising from this promotion.<\/li><\/ol>
            1. Linguaserve is committed to protecting privacy and ensuring compliance with personal data protection legislation. Specifically, if the information concerns any employee of the participating company, the data will be processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner. It will be used for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and only to the extent necessary for the processing. Linguaserve will ensure the accuracy and currency of the data, and will retain it only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, with adequate security measures in place.
              Data subjects have the right to access their personal data subject to processing, to request the correction of inaccurate data, or the deletion of data no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. They may also exercise their right to object to or limit the processing, and to data portability. Consent, if provided, can be withdrawn at any time. Requests to exercise these rights can be submitted in writing to\u00a0marketing@linguaserve.es<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>
              1. By participating in this drawing, the company or professional agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Any aspects not covered by these terms, or any doubts regarding their interpretation, will be resolved at the discretion of the promotion\u2019s organizer.<\/li><\/ol>
